Parsons Circle Community Outreach, Inc. is an organization founded on the principle of help. Our mission has and always will be to help families rebuild their lives, homes and communities by providing resources for self-sufficiency to achieve family preservation for a better tomorrow.

We achieve this through the support of organizations throughout the state of Florida, in providing the best quality programs to actually help.
We do this based in our Sumter county location, working with organizations like the Department of Children and Families to provide these resources to help those in need.
